Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all quotes, orders, and services provided by Spec Site Labels.

Quotes and orders

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quote.

  • Orders are confirmed only after written approval of the design proof and receipt of full payment.

​

Payment terms

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

​

Design approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs.

  • Approval confirms acceptance of all details.

  • No changes can be made once approval is given.

​

Production and turnaround

  • Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and order complexity.

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control will not entitle the customer to a refund.

​

Shipping and delivery

  • Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post or available for local pickup.

  • Spec Site Labels is not responsible for courier delays.

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched or collected.

​

Intellectual property

  • All designs remain the property of Spec Site Labels until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

​

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spec Site Labels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

​Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
