Refund Policy

Spec Site Labels (ABN 61 328 184 294) specialises in custom-made labels and signage. Because all products are made to order, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of custom manufacturing and Australian Consumer Law.

Custom-made products

All products supplied by Spec Site Labels are custom-made to your specifications. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or resold.

Design proofs and approvals

Before production begins, you will receive a design proof for approval.

  • You must carefully review all details, including text, sizes, colours, quantities, and layout.

  • Production will only begin once you have approved the proof and full payment has been received.

  • Once a proof has been approved, no changes can be made and no refunds will be provided for errors not caused by Spec Site Labels.​

Refunds and rework

We will provide a refund, replacement, or rework where required if:

  • The product supplied does not match the approved proof due to an error made by Spec Site Labels, or

  • The product is faulty or defective under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Errors in spelling, wording, sizing, or specifications approved in the design proof

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer​

Shipping issues

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or are available for local pickup.

  • Spec Site Labels is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Replacement or re-shipping costs will apply if incorrect details are supplied.
